Identify business opportunities with the new dashboard filters

Looking to identify your best customers per industry, or even country, so you can go after prospects with similar profiles? Build in-depth analysis of your transaction types in just a few clicks. With your dashboard’s new filters, the most important information is accessible at a glance.

🤓 How does it work?

Filters work for the Inflows, Outflows, Inflows by and Outflows by charts. They follow the same logic as your transaction history filters.

  • For each one, click on the small gray filter icon at the top right of their section.
  • Select and link the criteria you want to associate or compare, depending on the question you have. To compare customers from the same industry, in order to know which one brings you the most money in the car industry for example, you will use the criteria "source", and "industry", in case you have created the latter via a custom label.
  • Click on Apply
  • Analyze and act

Make your transfers in the blink of an eye

Initiating transfers from your web application is even more fluid than before. Do you need to add a receipt or to notify the beneficiary? Activate these options with one click, and off you go. And if you just want to send money, get straight to the point and initiate your transfer in a few clicks.

Everything is more intuitive, to make it easier and save you time. And in case you're wondering, transfer options will remain the same as before.

🤓 How does it work?

Transfers still are available in the Essentials section of the menu, on the left side of your screen.

Automate the storing and sharing of your receipts

Centralize your receipts on Qonto and access them directly from your preferred cloud storage solution: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box. Store your receipts and share them with your accountant becomes faster, you don’t need to manually sort and name them anymore.

Once you’ve set up the integration, receipts imported into Qonto are automatically duplicated once a day in your cloud storage solution. They are sorted by date in a dedicated folder.


🤓 How to set up an integration with Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box ?

  1. From your computer, visit the Connect section
  2. Click on the Cloud services category, then on your preferred cloud storage solution
  3. Simply click on Connect in the top right of your screen
  4. Your receipts are now automatically duplicated from Qonto into your cloud storage solution

Rename your accounts to visualise them on your account statements. No more confusion with countless IBANs!

🤓 How does it work?

To better visualise and identify your multiple accounts, rename them to your liking:

  1. Access the Accounts section of your Qonto web app
  2. On the desired account, click the three dots , then click Rename
  3. Enter your new account name
  4. The new account name will be displayed on your IBAN and on your account statements

☝️ If you have a Smart, Premium, Essential, Business or Enterprise plan, you can create multiple current accounts that you will be able to rename as well.

💳 Fast and autonomous purchase requests




Employees can now request virtual or Flash cards in just a few taps! Reviewers instantly approve, edit or reject them on the go.


Employees, feel trusted to spend with a business card! Easily request a Flash card for one-off expenses, or a virtual card for subscriptions and other long-term spending needs.

As the reviewer (this can be an Admin, Owner or Manager role), you save time and energy by delegating the card creation process. Each request is complete with all required information, for a quick review.

🤓 How does it work?

For the employee:

  • In the Requests tab, click Make a request and select Flash card or Virtual card depending on your need
  • For Flash card, set the budget limit and the final day of use
  • For virtual card, set the monthly budget
  • Provide a reason for your spend and submit

For the reviewer:

  • When an employee in your team requests a card, you are notified by email and mobile notification
  • In the Requests tab, select the card request
  • Review the request details and select the account you’d like to link the card to
  • Click Approve or Reject (give a reason for rejecting)
  • After approving, you can also edit the request details

🔗 Connect Qonto to your Notion workspace to create your advanced financial dashboards

Boost the tracking and analysis of your transactions with Notion!

Find all the details of your transactions in a completely customizable database, automatically generated in your Notion workspace. Enrich your database, add calculations, create alerts… The sky’s the limit!


🤓 How does it work?

Go to the Connect section of your web app, select the Notion card, then click Connect.

Once the integration is installed, you’ll immediately be able to access a database with all your transaction information (e.g. date settled, VAT, category), generated based off of your Qonto transactions.

You can also share the page with anyone that needs access to this data within your organization, even if they don’t have direct access to Qonto.

🤓 How does it work?

  1. In the Cards section, select your card and click on See PIN.
  2. Confirm the operation via the notification or the SMS received on your phone.
  3. Your PIN code is visible for ten seconds.

Your PIN code is strictly confidential. If an Admin or Manager has ordered a card for you, you are the only one able to choose and check your PIN code.

👉 To keep your PIN code at hand, download the Qonto mobile app (Google App Store or Apple App Store).
